- Identification and contact data: name, phone/WhatsApp, e-mail and the content of the message you send us.
- Browsing data: pages visited, time spent and technical device data, on an aggregated basis (see "Cookies and usage analytics").
What we use your data for
- To respond to your message and follow up on the request you submitted.
- To keep a record of the communication for a possible professional relationship.
- To understand, on an aggregated and anonymous basis, how the site is used, in order to improve it.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent and on the firm’s legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and handling your request, under the terms of art. 7º, items I and IX, of the LGPD. Usage analytics data is only collected after your consent in the cookie notice.
Cookies and usage analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand, on an aggregated basis, how the site is used. These cookies are only activated after your consent in the notice displayed when accessing the site, and collection is carried out with IP address anonymization.
You may decline these cookies without impairing your browsing and review your choice by clearing the site data in your browser.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell or transfer your data. To operate the site, we rely on providers that act as processors — the contact form processing service and the usage analytics tool (Google Analytics) —, which process the data only in accordance with our instructions and the purpose described here.
International transfer
The form submission and usage analytics tools may store and process data on servers located outside Brazil, including in the United States. In such cases, the transfer observes the safeguards provided for in arts. 33 to 36 of the LGPD.
How long we keep it
We keep the form data for as long as necessary to respond to and handle your inquiry and, thereafter, for the period required to comply with legal obligations and exercise rights. [Specific retention period to be defined by the firm.]
Your rights
Under the terms of art. 18 of the LGPD, you may, at any time, request:
- confirmation of the existence of processing and access to your data;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
- portability and information on data sharing;
- withdrawal of consent and deletion of data processed on that basis.
Security and confidentiality
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. Information relating to clients is further subject to the professional confidentiality inherent to the practice of law.
